Audit Trail and Reporting
How does the solution work?
The Esker audit trail module keeps track of all customer orders from receipt to posting to dispatch. From each individual PO record you can view the status of the order, if and where it is stuck and why. You can run reports to see how many orders are still waiting to be processed and how much cash it accounts for. The solution provides standard reports that
can easily be run from the web interface or the wizard based interface can be used to build your own reports.
Benefits of audit trail and reports
Audit trail and reporting give you real-time access to the status of your order backlog allowing you to accurately budget and forecast. Additionally, you gain insight into the overall order processing efficiency, from purchase order receipt to posting, as the audit trail tells you who did what and when. You are therefore able to easily respond to order status inquiry calls from customers.
Unique functionalities, real results

Process audit trail
The audit trail displays the list of audit events, such as when and how a customer order was received, to whom it was sent, whether it is ready for shipping payment and its status history. This way you can identify not only the current status, but also why an order has taken so long to ship.

Modifications history
The Esker audit trail module keeps a record of all user order data changes. No modifications can be made without leaving a trace. In the event of questions, you have the necessary information to contact the person who made the changes.

You can also easily create additional reports that fit your particular business or organisational needs with the solution web interface.
