From any application running on Microsoft Windows (Word, Adobe Acrobat, business application, etc.), the Esker virtual printer sends your documents in one click to one of the Esker production facility in order to send your faxes.

Let Esker guide you

Using your computer, create your document in your favorite application, and then print the document with the Esker virtual printer.

The Esker sending wizard will open allowing you to choose your sending options (fax number, cover page, attachments, archiving and notifications preferences) and then send your document.

Your document is transmitted to one of the Esker production facility where it is immediately sent by fax.

Once your faxes are submitted, you can track their status using the Esker Manager all the way to their destination.

Installing the Esker virtual printer

Setting up the printer is extremely simple and installs the print driver and programme necessary for transferring your documents on the Esker server.

To install the Esker virtual printer, you must have administrator rights on your computer.

Create your own virtual printer

To speed up the process of sending your documents, you can create a sending scenario to memorise the sending options that you frequently use (for example, my dunning letters, my monthly reports, etc.). Once created, you can send similar documents by choosing a sending scenario in the Esker virtual printer sending wizard or by directly printing your document using a printer with a preconfigured scenario personalised to the sending options you would like to execute.
